Over the weekend, I shared a thread and tweet discussing the events at the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) on July 4th, 2023. The petition filed by Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP) questioned the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). An INEC witness claimed that software testing was conducted on the INEC application, but I cannot confirm its accuracy.
